EICR Reports
If you require an EICR (Electrical Installation condition report) for buying, selling or renting a property. Whether that is for a Domestic Dwelling, Commercial or Industrial property we can assist in a smooth and simple way making clear exactly of any issues that may need to be resolved before providing a satisfactory report. Properties with no remedial works required will be provided with a satisfactory certificate on the day of the test.
PAT Testing
Portable Appliance testing (PAT Testing) is required in domestic dwellings, commercial & industrial properties. PAT Testing involves carrying out a visual inspection, and a voltage test to find any faults that may cause a hazard to the user of the appliance.
